We recommend booking as soon as possible. Ideally, it's advisable to secure your booking at least 2 weeks before your event. However, we do our best to accommodate varying timelines and availability. Keep in mind that for last-minute bookings, a rush fee might be applicable.

We do not provide food. However, we have amazing vendor recommendations here.

In the event of rain on the day of the event, we recommend clients to either have a backup location in place or consider rescheduling the event.

All payments made to Picnics by Peace are non-refundable. However, if a client decides to cancel, they have the option to apply the paid amount to future bookings.
